TAXI RAI LLC is a technology-based coordination, customer care, and dispatch/intermediation platform. TAXI RAI LLC does not own, operate, lease, manage, or control passenger vehicles. Physical transportation, delivery, cargo, or related services are performed by independent Service Providers. Once a Service Provider is assigned, obligations arising from the physical service are primarily between the User and the independent Service Provider, unless otherwise required by law.
1User responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, destination, timing, passenger, and contact details.
- Use services lawfully and respectfully.
- Pay the agreed fare or service amount when due.
- Respect vehicle capacity, seatbelt requirements, safety rules, and the Service Provider's reasonable instructions.
- Be responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or costs caused by the passenger or third party served under the request.
2Availability, pricing, and cancellations
All service requests are subject to availability, route, time, distance, weather, traffic, safety conditions, and independent Service Provider acceptance. Published rates are estimates or standard references unless confirmed by dispatch. Additional stops, waiting, luggage/cargo, special vehicle needs, night service, long distance trips, or other changes may affect pricing.
3Safety, minors, conduct, and prohibited use
Users must not use TAXI RAI LLC channels or coordinated services for illegal, unsafe, abusive, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Aggressive behavior, threats, harassment, non-consensual contact, illegal substances, smoking/vaping inside a vehicle, and unsafe passenger counts may result in refusal, cancellation, suspension, or notification to authorities when appropriate.
4Lost items, damages, and third-party passengers
TAXI RAI LLC is not responsible for lost items left in vehicles. If a customer requests a service for another person, the requesting customer may be responsible for payment issues, damages, cleaning, misconduct, or incidents caused by that transported person. Return of lost items may require separate coordination and costs.
5Driver applicants and independent providers
Driver application forms are for independent Service Provider interest and operational follow-up only. Submitting a form does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, representation, or guaranteed acceptance. Independent providers are responsible for their vehicle, licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, legal requirements, and service compliance.

SMS communications are governed by our SMS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. No mobile opt-in, text message consent, text messaging originator opt-in data, mobile phone number, or SMS consent information will be shared, sold, rented, disclosed, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
6Intellectual property
All logos, trade names, website content, text, graphics, designs, and related materials belong to TAXI RAI LLC or authorized licensors and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without permission.
7Changes, governing law, and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TAXI RAI LLC channels after updates means acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without limiting rights required by applicable consumer laws.
